Thank you for booking me! •••• 🌸 P O L I C Y 🌸 TIMING ⏰: - There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are not in my suite by that time a $12 late fee will be enforced . At 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled & can be rescheduled with a new deposit. - Early morning (Before 8 A.M.) / Holiday / After Hours ( After 5 P.M.) & Sunday appointments are available for a $25 up charge. - I accept same day appointments for no extra charge if I am available. Message me. ••• PAYMENT OPTIONS 💵 : - Cash , Zelle & Cashapp are accepted for the final payment. There is a $5 fee for cashapp. NO APPLE PAY OR KLARNA. - All sales are final. Time efficient changes can be made to your style if requested before you leave your appointment. - Deposits are only refundable if I have to cancel the appointment. ••• EXTRA INFO 📒 : - Hair Must Be at least 5 inches all around for stitch braids & at least 4 inches all around for knotless braids . - For safety reasons , no extra guests are allowed at appointments. Parents can stay in the waiting area or pop in my suite while their child is getting serviced. - Hair is included. 1B , 1 , 2 or 4. Message me with your color directly after booking. If you don’t I will assume you’re 1B. - A wash & blowdry is included in EVERY service. Please come completely detangled. - If you are sick please wear a mask or reschedule your appointment. - I service children 5 & up if they’ll sit. -For weave styles over locs , kids styles ( 5 years old and under ) , loc take downs & Hair dye services message me to book. Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling / cancelling is allowed online 48 hours before your appointment. Once that time window passes you will need to contact me to cancel / reschedule. No show clients will be banned from booking.
